The WONDERFUL news is that Kenya has finally decided to eliminate school fees for high school students. They will still have to buy books and uniforms and pay other fees ... but at least now they have a chance.The woman on the right is a care giver for AIDS orphans in Mumias. The chicken is how she manages to to help. The chicken is provided by SAIPEH which is funded by the Stephen Lewis Foundation.
These kids are from Kakamega and are attending primary school.
